What Are They?
A titanium post is inserted into your jaw bone, fusing with the bone to create a strong support. In All-On-4, four posts are placed in specific areas to support a permanent bridge. Your new teeth are firmly anchored to the implants, allowing you to chew, speak and smile just like with your natural teeth.

What to Expect
You’ll meet with your experienced dentist for an in-depth examination and consultation to discuss your goals for your smile. After we’ve completed the planning, we’ll schedule your surgery.
On the day of surgery, we’ll address whatever is involved—we’ll remove any teeth that need to be extracted, remove all of the infection, do any necessary bone grafts, and place the implants. You’ll be under sedation for this visit, and you won’t feel or remember a thing.
You’ll go home and take it easy for a couple of days while your new teeth are made in Bondi, at the foremost dental lab in Australia. When your teeth are ready, we’ll bring you back in to fit them. There’s no pain at this appointment, and when you leave, you’ll be wearing your beautiful new smile!

Our Experienced Team
The team at The Smile Factory has extensive training and experience in various dental services. Drs White, Van Veenendaal and Gupta will help you get your smile back. Dentist Dr Cameron White has more than a decade of experience in implantology. He has previously worked in specialist clinics and is involved in training other dentists in implants. Dr White performs most of the full arch implant surgeries in our practice.
